Quotes and bookings

Every tour is tailored, so we send a written quote listing the itinerary, vehicle, accommodation, inclusions and exclusions. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing (WhatsApp or email) and we confirm receipt of the deposit stated in it.

Prices in a quote are valid for the period stated on it. Hotel rates, park fees and fuel costs set by third parties can change before a booking is confirmed.

Payments

The deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods are set out in your quote. Any bank or card charges on your side are paid by you.

Changes to your tour

You can ask to change dates, hotels or the route at any time. We will tell you if the change affects the price before making it.

We may need to change the route or timing for safety, weather, road closures or events beyond our control. If this happens we will offer the closest available alternative.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas (ETA), travel insurance and any health requirements for entering Sri Lanka. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and personal belongings.

Please follow the driver's guidance on safety and respect local customs, especially dress codes at temples and religious sites.

Third-party services

Hotels, safari jeeps, boat operators, trains and attractions are run by independent providers. We choose them carefully, but their own terms apply to the services they deliver.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
